Angels Acquire Danny Espinosa

According to the official Twitter account of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, the club has acquired Danny Espinosa from the Washington Nationals.
Today the #Angels have acquired INF Danny Espinosa from the Washington Nationals in exchange for RHP Kyle McGowin and RHP Austin Adams.

Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register confirmed the news.
The #Angels have acquired IF Danny Espinosa from the Nationals for RHPs Kyle McGowin and Austin Adams. He will be their 2B.

Espinosa is originally from Long Beach, California and has spent his entire career with the Nationals. He was drafted in the third round of the 2008 MLB Draft.
Espinosa struggled hitting last year as he hit just .209 in 157 games. He did hit 24 homeruns to go along with 72 RBI’s.
