Dodgers Interested In Brian Dozier

According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today, the Los Angeles Dodgers have expressed interest in Minnesota Twins second basemen Brian Dozier.

Dozier played his college ball at the University of Southern Mississippi and was a 8th round pick of the Twins in the 2009 MLB Draft. Dozier made the All-Star team in 2015 with the club but had a breakout power year this past season.
In 2016 Dozier hit a career high .268 with 42 homeruns. He also recorded a career high 99 RBI’s as well as 165 hits. Los Angeles is expected to look to upgrade their club in multiple ways this winter.
