Pelicans To Sign Former Laker Anthony Brown

According to Marc Stein of ESPN.com the New Orleans Pelicans are expected to sign former Los Angeles Laker Anthony Brown.
The Pelicans are closing in on the signing of former Lakers guard Anthony Brown out of the @nbadleague, according to league sources

Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News confirmed the news.

Brown is a former second round pick of the Lakers in the 2015 NBA Draft. He spent last season with Los Angeles where he found himself in the starting lineup 11 times.
In 29 games of action Brown averaged four points per game. Los Angeles waived Brown just before the season started and he was picked up by the Greensoboro Swarm in the D-League draft.
