Ducks Claim Emerson Etem Off Waivers

According to Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times, the Anaheim Ducks have claimed forward Emerson Etem off of waivers.

Etem is a former first round pick of the Ducks back in the 2010 NHL Draft. He has spent time with the Ducks, New York Rangers, and Vancouver Canucks.
Last season Etem played 58 games between the Rangers and the Canucks. He recorded 15 points, 7 goals and 8 assists. He averaged just over 13 minutes of average ice time.
