Chargers Place Nick Dzubnar On IR

According to Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune, the San Diego Chargers have placed linebacker Nick Dzubnar on the injury reserve.

Dzubar shared his thoughts on the news via Twitter.
It is heartbreaking to come to terms with my season being over. I will come back stronger than ever after surgery. Time to go to work. #sd

Dzubar is a Southern California product who played his college ball at California Poly. He went undrafted in the 2015 NFL draft and eventually signed with the Chargers.
Last season with the Bolts he recorded two tackles in 16 games. So far this season he has recorded 3 tackles.
The Bolts will take on the Denver Broncos at 5:25 p.m. PST.
