Derek Fisher Joins Lakers As TV Analyst

According to Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News, former New York Knicks head coach Derek Fisher will re-join the Lakers as a t.v. analyst.

Baxter Holmes of ESPN.com also reported the news.
Ex-Laker & NYK coach Derek Fisher will join @SpectrumSN as a game day studio analyst, working about 20 LAL games this season, via release.

Fisher won five championships with the club alongside Kobe Bryant. After an unsuccessful coaching stint with the Knicks and Phil Jackson Fisher was fired in the middle of the year last season.
