Drew Kaser Is Chargers Punter

According to Micheal Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune, the San Diego Chargers have named Drew Kaser their punter for next season.
There’s been little doubt in training camp Drew Kaser was Chargers’ punter — been crushing ball. Officially none now. Kasey Redfern waived.

Kaser was selected in the sixth round of this years draft out of Texas A&M. He set school records and was expected to win the job but the news of the waiving of Kasey Redfern confirmed the expectation.

San Diego will continue with their training camp this week before they take on the Tennessee Titans on Saturday night for their first preseason game.
