Huston Street Lands On DL

According to Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have placed closer Huston Street on the 15-day disabled list.

The Angels confirmed the news on their official Twitter account.
Today the Angels reinstated Cliff Pennington, placed Huston Street on the 15-DL (R. knee inflammation) and recalled Mike Morin.

Street is dealing with a knee injury that has forced him to land on the DL. Street has struggled mightily this year posting a 6.45 ERA with only 9 saves.
Cam Bedrosian will assume the closing duties most likely. Street celebrated his 33rd birthday on Tuesday.
