Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com reported that Tropeno may need Tommy John surgery.
Nick Tropeano has medium- to high-grade tear in his UCL, the Angels say. Will get a 2nd opinion, but obviously TJ is usual course of action.

Tropeano pitched in yesterday’s win against the Texas Rangers. Tropeano only lasted two innings giving up three home runs.
Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times shared his thoughts on the news.
