Red Hot Astros Down Angels 7-1

The Houston Astros are one of the hottest teams in baseball and they flexed their muscles against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim 7-1 last night.
For the Angels Tim Lincecum got the start. He pitched just 4.1 innings allowing 7 hits and 5 runs. He walked 4 and struck out 7 and picked up his second loss of the year.
On the other side Scott Feldman got the start. He pitched 5 innings allowing 3 hits and 1 run. He struck out 2 and picked up his fifth win of the year.
Houston jumped out to a 3-0 lead when Carlos Correa hit a three run home run. His bomb brought in George Springer and Jose Altuve.
In the third inning the Halos scored their lone run. Albert Pujols hit a RBI single that brought in Carlos Perez and cut the lead to 3-1.
In the fourth inning Gomez hit a RBI double to left field that brought in Marwin Gonzalez. In the 5th Gonzalez hit a sacrifice that brought in Colby Rasmus and pushed the lead to 5-1.
The Astros scored in the 7th and Evan Gattis hit a sacrifice fly in the 8th to give the Stros a 7-1 victory.
The Angels will try to slow down the Angels at 12:35 p.m. PST
