Ducks Select Sam Steel

According to James Myrtle of TSN the Anaheim Ducks selected Sam Steel in the first round of the 2016 NHL Draft.
Ducks use the 30th pick, which they got from the Leafs for Andersen, on Sam Steel.

Elliott Teaford of the Southern California News Group also reported the news.
Ducks take Sam Steel, a center from Regina of the WHL with the pick they got from Toronto in the Freddie Andersen deal.

Steel has some of the best vision of anyone in the draft. He is on the small side at just 5’11 and needs to improve his skating but his vision makes up for his lack in size.
