Dodgers walk off with 3-2 win over Brewers

Justin Turner had a truly special night Friday evening.
In the 1st inning, Turner went deep to left to give LA a 1-0 lead. With the Dodgers down 2-1 in the 8th inning, Turner went deep to left once again to tie the game 2-2. With the bases loaded and 1 out in the bottom of the 10th, Turner came through clutch with a walk off single to shallow left scoring Venable, giving the Dodgers a big 3-2 victory over Milwaukee.
Although he wasn’t able to go very deep in the game, Julio Urias tossed arguably the best start of his young career last night. Urias worked through 5 innings of shutout baseball, striking out 8 along the way. Despite the rocky start to his season, Urias has managed to lower his ERA to 4.50 on the year.
The Dodgers are 6.5 games back of the Giants for 1st in the NL West.
With the win the Los Angeles can use this to try and build some momentum. So far this season has not gone as planned as the Giants have built a fairly big lead as we approach midseason. For Turner it is great for him as he works his way back into the lineup after being out to due injury.
