Clippers Part Ways With Dave Severns

According to Dan Woike of the Orange County Register the Los Angeles Clipper have parted ways with player development coach Dave Severns.

Severns has been withe Clippers since 2009 as an assistant and player development coach. Before joining the Clippers he was an assistant coach with the Chicago Bulls.
The move to part ways with Severns is to allow John Welch to join Doc Rivers on his staff. Welch is joining the staff after a series of moves to the Clippers bench.
Lawrence Frank is moving to the front office after Kevin Eastman announced his intentions to retire. Eastman is will most likely stay on in some type of capacity as a consultant.
