Dodgers Complete Sweep Of Braves With 12-6 Victory

The Dodgers cruised to a 12-6 victory over the Braves on Sunday, completing the sweep of Atlanta and extending their win streak to 3 games.
Los Angeles is starting to gain some serious ground on the 1st place Giants; LA is only 3.5 games back as of Monday afternoon. Scott Kazmir gave up a couple 1st inning runs on Sunday and the Dodgers were quickly in a 2-0 hole, but LA plated 2 of their own in the bottom of the 1st and tied the game 2-2.
LA went on to score 9 unanswered runs and never looked back, demolishing the Braves by a final of 12-6. Corey Seager has been absolutely relentless at the plate as of late, going deep 2 more times in Sunday’s victory. The Dodgers will open a 3 game set with Rockies on Monday night.
For the Rockies Tyler Chatwood will get the start and Mike Bolsinger will start for Los Angeles. Bolsinger is 1-2 on the year with a 4.20 ERA.
