Alex Guerrero Designated For Assignment

According to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register the Los Angeles Dodgers have designated Alex Guerrero for assignment.

Guerrero was working his way back from a knee injury that had him rehabbing the minor leagues. As he began to get healthy the Dodgers were stuck with a decision to put him on the active roster, however there is nowhere for him to play.
With the infeld being taken by Corey Seager, and Howie Kendrick Guerrero could have maybe found time in the outfield if the Dodgers didn’t have a surplus of players there as well.
