Angels Acquire Chris Jones

According to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have acquired left handed pitcher Chris Jones from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for Nathaniel Delgado and Erick Salcedo.
LHP Chris Jones, 27, had a 2.94 ERA in 150 innings at AAA. Has all his options. He is added to the Angels 40-man. Now at 38.

Angels have acquired LHP Chris Jones from the Orioles for OF Natanael Delgado and INF Erik Salcedo. Jones gets a 40-man spot.

Jones will add depth to the Halos pitching staff. He has spent career in Triple-A but the Angels are hoping that he will be able to earn some playing time at the Major League level. With baseball season right around the corner it’s going to be a big year for the Halo faithful.
