@AM570LASports

The Los Angeles Clippers will try slow down the Golden State Warriors on ESPN on Wednesday night. Los Angeles is coming off a disappointing loss to the New Orleans Pelicans over the weekend.

Los Angeles comes into the game with a 43-26 record while the Warriors sport a 63-7 clip. The Clippers have lost four of their last five games.

Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times reported that Jeff Green has been cleared for tonight’s contest.

Although Blake Griffin is not available it is a silver-lining that at least Green will be in the lineup. Golden State is having a historic season and are led by MVP Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Curry is averaging 30.1 points per game while Thompson is second on the team with 22 points a night.

The battle between Chris Paul and Curry is always something for fans to see. J.J. Redick will have a tall task trying to slow down Thompson. DeAndre Jordan will play a major role in this game. If he can control the paint it will do a worlds a good for the Clips.

Fans can watch the game on ESPN tonight.
