Clippers Look To Get W Over Cavaliers
- Updated: March 13, 2016
It was an interesting game for the Clippers, Friday night, after they blew a 15 point lead against the New York Knicks. Fortunately, the Clips were able to hold on till the end and improve their record with their third win in four games.
Chris Paul had 24 points and has 31 assists the Clippers last two games. He dished out 15 on Friday while J.J. Redick reached the 20-point mark for the third straight time.
The Cavaliers, on the other hand, are looking to cruise through another LA team following their win against the Lakers…which was Kobe Bryant‘s last stint against LeBron James.
This game comes at a time when Kyrie Irving is getting into his own rhythm.
“I feel like this is a perfect time to find my rhythm, especially on this road trip,” he said. “Over the last few games, I have tried to be aggressive and live off the confidence my teammates have in me.”
Look for Kyrie to make an impact this afternoon, he has totaled 56 points in his last two games.
Newly acquired Channing Frye is also getting into his zone. He had a season-high of 21 points in the absence of Kevin Love. He should be back for today’s game.
