Gabriel Landeskog Suspended 3 Games

According to Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register the Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog has been suspended three games for his cross check against Simon Despres.

Chris Johnston of Sportsnet also reported the news.
Gabriel Landeskog is considered a repeat offender and will forfeit $203,832.75 in salary for his suspension. #avs

Anaheim went on to lose the game 3-0. Since Landeskog is a repeat offender his fine will be more than a first time offender.
