D’Angelo Russell To Start Rest Of the Season

The Los Angeles Lakers have made the decision to start D’Angelo Russell the rest of the season over veteran Lou Williams. Mark Trudell of the Lakers.com reported that Russell was going to get the start last night.

Mike Bresnahan of the Los Angeles Times reported some of Russell’s stats after the first quarter.

Baxter Holmes of ESPN.com reported the news of Russel started the rest of the season.
Byron says @Dloading will start for the rest of the season.

This is great for D’Angelo Russell to continue to develop and become the Lakers cornerstone as Kobe Bryant ends his career in the next few months.
