- Updated: February 18, 2016
According to Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register the Anaheim Ducks have reassigned goaltender Anton Khudobin to their AHL affiliate San Diego Gulls.
Just got off the plane. Probably out there but Ducks have sent Anton Khudobin backing to AHL San Diego. Would mean John Gibson is A-OK.

Khudobin was recalled to the senior circuit following an injury to John Gibson. Khudobin was moved up as an insurance policy but was not needed. Frederik Andersen took over the goaltending duties and did an excellent job as Anaheim continues to climb the standings.
Tonight the Ducks will look to continue their strong play when they take on the Vancouver Canucks at 7:00 p.m. PST. As more information surfaces on the Ducks and their roster moves we will keep you up to date.
