Blake Griffin Suspended 4 Games

According to reports Los Angeles Clippers star Power Forward Blake Griffin will be suspended 4 games without pay due to his incident earlier this year in which he punched a team employee. It appears the NBA and the Clippers worked together to reach this conclusion on the suspension.

Griffin, already on the rebound from a quadriceps injury, punched the team’s assistant equipment manager Matias Testi in late January resulting in a broken hand.
Griffin has since had two different procedures to repair the hand and has spent an extended period of time away from the team during the healing process. His timetable to return on the court is still unknown although it looks like he will rejoin the club after the all-star break.
On a positive spin for the city of Los Angeles, the pay Griffin will be docked will be donated to helping disadvantaged youths in the area.
