Anaheim Ducks Look To Rebound In Philly
- Updated: February 9, 2016
The Anaheim Ducks are one of the hottest teams in the NHL but are coming off a blowout loss last night to Pittsburgh Penguins. They will look to get back on track when they face the Flyers tonight.
Anaheim comes into the game with a 25-19-7 record while the Flyers sport a 23-19-9 clip. The Flyers enter tonight on a two game losing streak with their most recent coming against the Washington Capitals over the weekend.
Steve Mason is expected to be in goal for the Flyers tonight. It will be his fifth consecutive start as Michal Neuvirth is working his way back from a lower-body injury.
The Flyers are led by Claude Groux and Jakub Voracek. Giroux leads the team with 44 points on the season, 16 goals and 28 assists. Voracek is second on the team with 42 points on the year, 8 goals and 34 assists.
With the Anaheim Ducks playing on the second night of a back-to-back they will need to dig deep to find some energy. This will be a test of will and we will have to see if they are up for the challenge.
Let’s get this win Anaheim!
