Clippers Beat Heat 100-93

The Los Angeles Clippers overcame a slow start on Sunday afternoon to beat the Miami Heat 100-93. With the win the Clippers completed the Florida sweep.
Chris Paul led the way with 22 points points and 7 assists. Jamal Crawford chipped in 20 points off the bench to go along with 2 assists and 1 rebound.
J.J. Redick added 14 points and DeAndre Jordan was point shy of a double-double as he had 9 points and 11 rebounds.
Wesley Johnson had a strong game as well. He had 10 points and 7 rebounds off the bench. For Miami they had a very balanced attack.
Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, and Goran Dragic each scored 17 points. Luol Deng scored 15 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in forty minutes of play.
Hassan Whiteside scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in just 17 minutes of play.
Miami shot just 40% from the field and struggled from the free throw line. They connected on 20/29 free throws, just 69% from.
Los Angeles forced the Heat into 13 turnovers which was one of the keys to the victory. Up next for the Clippers they will take on the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night.
