LA Kings Take On Arizona Coyotes

The LA Kings will take on the Arizona Coyotes in Glendale tonight. Los Angeles will look to grow their Pacific division lead as they play their first game after the All-Star break.

Arizona comes into the game with a 24-20-5 record while Los Angeles has a 30-16-3. John Scott was a star for the All-Star game over the weekend as he scored two goal and won MVP of the game.

Los Angeles got some great news of their own. For starters they will be the host of the 2017 NHL All-Star game. This will occur in the same year as their 50th year anniversary.

Kyle Clifford has also been recalled from his conditioning stint. For Clifford he has spent the last games games with the AHL Ontario Reign after dealing with an upper body injury.

The Yotes are lead by Mikkel Boedker and Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Boedker leads the team in points with 34 on the season, 12 goals and 22 assists.

Ekman-Larsson is tied for first on the team as well with 34 points. He has 14 goals and 20 assists on the campaign. Los Angeles will need to come out with a lot of energy and secure the two points.
