Anaheim Ducks Host Defending Champion Chicago Blackhawks

The Anaheim Ducks will host the defending champion Chicago Blackhawks on Friday afternoon. The Ducks are coming off a 4-2 loss to the Arizona Coyotes and will try to rebound today.
Patrick Kane is playing some of the best hockey of his career. He is currently on a 17 game point streak in where he has 10 goals and 18 assists.
Kane leads the team with a staggering 34 points on the year. He has 13 goals and 21 assists on the season. Artemi Panarin is second on the team with 23 points. He has 7 goals and 16 assists on the campaign.
The Ducks will need a strong effort today in order to get the victory. Frederik Andersen has missed time due to an illness. Dan Wood of the Ducks reported that Andersen missed practice yesterday and will most likely be unavailable.
If that is the case John Gibson will start in goal for the club.
The Ducks need a big win at the pond today!
