@NBA

The Golden State Warriors had no troubles last night, as the handed the Los Angeles Lakers another loss, 111-77.

This was the 16th straight win to start the season for the Golden State Warriors, as the surpassed the old record of 15, that was set by the 1948-49 Washington Capitals and the 1993-94 Houston Rockets.

Stephen Curry led all players in scoring with 24 points and dished out 9 assists, while Draymond Green added 18 points and grabbed 7 rebounds for the Warriors.

The other side of this story is the Los Angeles Lakers, starting power forward Julius Randle, Larry Nance Jr. and Lou Williams all led the team in scoring, with only 10 points each. This game did produce a positive sign for the Lakers, they as a team were very good from the free-throw line, 75% on 12 of 16.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS FOR THE LAKERS:

The Warriors are a very skilled and talented team and their numbers were just unreal in this game. The Lakers starting five only managed to score a total of 28 points, compared to the three of the five Warriors starters that outscored them.
