D.J. Fluker Suffers Another Concussion

According to Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Chargers right guard D.J. Fluker has suffered another concussion.

Ricky Henne of the Chargers also reported the news.

Fluker is a former first round pick of the of the Chargers back in 2013. He played his college ball at Alabama where he played with plenty of other NFL players.

Since he suffered the concussion on Wednesday he was forced to miss practice yesterday. This is Fluker’s third concussion of his career with all of them happening in practice ironically.

The Chargers have dealt with injuries all season and this does not help their situation at all. Malcom Floyd is also dealing with an injury and it is unknown if he will be able to play again this season.

San Diego had a bye week last week which was supposed to give them time to get healthy. Instead it looks as if the bye week is hurting them more than it’s helped.

As more information surfaces on Fluker and the injury we will keep you up to date.
