Paul Pierce To Start Tonight

@HoopsRumors

According to Dan Woike of the Orange County Register Los Angeles Clippers veteran Paul Pierce will start tonight against the Golden State Warriors.

Pierce started in the Clippers last game against the Detroit Pistons over the weekend. He didn’t play particularly well but with J.J. Redick most likely not playing Pierce will start in the lineup.

This is the first time in Pierce’s career that he is coming off the bench. He was a pillar for the Boston Celtics for many years and started for the Brooklyn Nets and Washington Wizards.

As a Laker fan I have never been a fan of Pierce especially after his wheelchair antics but the I have grown to respect him.

I do remember watching the Wizards in the playoffs last year in the playoffs and I knew that Pierce was not only going to take but was going to make the game winning shot. Pierce like he always does had to talk a little trash afterwards.

The Clippers will look to give the Warriors their first loss of the season. As more information surfaces on the Clippers we will keep you up to date.
