Clippers Look To Rebound Against Suns

The Los Angeles Clippers will continue their road trip as they travel to Phoenix tonight to take on the Suns. These two teams met earlier this year with the Clippers coming out on top 102-96.

Last night the Clippers fell to the Mavericks in Dallas. J.J. Redick left the game early with back spasms as DeAndre Jordan traveled to Dallas for the first time since his decision to return to Los Angeles. The Mavericks are still upset about the situation and were not shy to tweet their excitement for the win.

Since starting the season 4-0 the Clippers have cooled off considerably. They are just 1-3 in their last 4 games. Blake Griffin continues to play well through the course of the year. He had 21 points and 9 rebounds in the loss last night.

With Redick dealing with back spasms it will be interesting to see who fills in for him if he is unable to play tonight. My guess would be Paul Pierce or Wesley Johnson but Doc Rivers may even consider Austin Rivers for that starting shooting guard spot.

Phoenix comes into tonight’s game on a 2 game losing streak. Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight have down a great job of scoring in the backcourt but he hasn’t translated into  many victories. The club is 3-4 entering tonight’s contest.

For the Clippers let’s get back in the win column! Go Clips Go!
