Angels Name Charles Nagy New Pitching Coach

According to Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have hired Charles Nagy as their new pitching coach.

Bob Nightengale of USA Today also reported the news.

Alden Gonalez of MLB.com spoke the Halos general manager Billy Eppler about the hire. Eppler had this to say.

Nagy was a former All-Star in the majors. He spent 13 of his 14 seasons with the Cleveland Indians winning more than 120+ games.
Nagy was the pitching coach for the Halos Triple-A affiliate for a few years. He brings a wealth of knowledge back to the Anaheim Angels clubhouse.
