Phoenix Suns Vs. Los Angeles Clippers Preview
- Updated: November 2, 2015
The Los Angeles Clippers (3-0) will host the Phoenix Suns (2-1) tonight as they look to improve to 4-0. They have never been able to start 4-0 but tonight may be different.
Blake Griffin has been on a mission so far this season. You can tell that he isn’t letting last year’s disappointment carry over to this year as some experts are calling him the best offensive forward in the league.
So far this year he is averaging 32 points a game while shooting almost 65 percent from the field. Everyone can remember the last time the Clippers and Suns faced off in the Staples Center. Griffin scored 45 including this buzzer beater.
The Clippers will need to have strong guard play tonight as the Suns have two solid guards. Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight are each averaging over 20 points per game.
Bledsoe the former Clipper has found his way in Phoenix and will most likely be a Sun for a long time. The Suns were unable to make the playoffs last year but were able to add big man Tyson Chandler this offseason to help their defense.
The Suns are coming off back to wins against the Portland TrailBlazers. Chris Paul and the Clippers have far more talent than the Blazers so it will be interesting to see how this Suns team responds.
