Angels Fire Don Baylor

According to Alden Gonalez of MLB.com the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have parted ways with hitting coach Don Baylor.
Angels have announced that hitting coach Don Baylor and pitching coach Mike Butcher will not return next season.

Gonzalez also reported a statement from new general manger Billy Eppler about the firing.

Gonzalez also reported that Baylor has been asked to stay within the organization in a advisory role.
Baylor has been asked to return in an advisory role, as expected. Angels will look internally and externally for both spots, Eppler said.

Baylor was added to the Angels staff after the 2013 season and will most likely stick around with the organization.
