Grant Green Designated For Assignment

ANAHEIM, Ca- According to Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have designated INF Grant Green for assignment.

Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register believes that Green’s days as an Angel are over.

Don’t expect Grant Green in an Angels uniform again. He’s out of options next year, so wouldn’t have been around by April anyway.
