Ducks Sign Jakob Silfverberg To Four-Year Deal

NHL.com report that the Anaheim Ducks have signed forward Jakob Silfverberg to a four-year contract.
The financials have not yet been disclosed officially, however, The Orange County Register are reporting them to be an average annual value of $3.75 million.
NHL.com writes the following on Jakob Silfverberg:
“A second-round pick (No. 39) of the Ottawa Senators in the 2009 NHL Draft, Silfverberg was acquired by the Ducks as part of the trade that sent forward Bobby Ryan to Ottawa in July 2013. He has 33 goals and 81 points in 181 regular-season games for the Senators and Ducks, as well as eight goals and 24 points in 41 playoff games.”
Silfverberg was a restricted free agent and will be 25 in October. The 2014-15 season was a big one for him because he set his career high of 13 goals and 39 points.
