Dodgers Activate Carl Crawford

According to the Los Angeles Dodgers official Twitter account the Dodgers have activated outfielder Carl Crawford off of the 60-day disabled list.
#Dodgers today reinstated OF Carl Crawford from the 60-day DL (right oblique strain) and optioned RHP Brandon Beachy to @okc_dodgers.

J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles News Group reported the news of Crawford being activated yesterday.

Crawford had been dealing with a right oblique strain throughout most of the season. He had been in Triple-A for an extended period of time. Mark Saxon of ESPN.com reported the fans were surprised to see Crawford with the club yesterday.
