ESPN.com reports the following:
“Padres manager Bud Black said Morrow felt discomfort in the shoulder during Sunday’s rehab start with Double-A San Antonio. Morrow returned to San Diego for an MRI that showed no “significant changes” to the shoulder, Black said Tuesday.
“We’re probably going to have to take just a little more time to let the shoulder calm down,” Black said.”
The Padres will shut Morrow down and give his shoulder some rest. They will reevaluate the injury in the coming days with the hope to get his rehab back on track.
As more information surfaces about the injury we will keep you posted.
