According to Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News, Los Angeles Lakers guard Wayne Ellington has recovered from his shoulder injury.

Ellington missed the final few weeks of the season after he suffered a separated shoulder.  Eric Pincus of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news of Ellington’s status.

Ellington stepped up in the absence of Kobe Bryant last season and started in his place. He played in 65 games and averaged 10 points per game.  Medina reported that a few of the Lakers players were hanging out at the practice facility today.

It’s a good sign to hear that Ellington is healthy. He was one of the most effective players for the Lakers last season.  Stay with us at Calisportsnews.com as we will keep you up-to-date on all things Los Angeles Lakers and the rest of the LA sports teams! All Cali, All the time!
