Mike Bolsinger Tosses 1 Hitter Dodgers Win 2-0

Mike Bolsinger tossed a 1 hitter and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the San Diego Padres 2-0 Saturday night. This makes it two in a row for the Boys in Blue.
Bolsinger got the start for the Dodgers. He pitched 8 innings allowing just 1 hit and striking out 8. He picked up his 3rd win of the year.
On the other side Ian Kennedy got the start for the Padres. He pitched 6 innings allowing 6 hits and 2 runs. He stuck out 6 as he picked up his 4th loss of the year.
The offense started early for the Dodgers. Joc Pederson hit a solo shot to right field in the first inning. It was his 12th of the year and gave the Dodgers the early 1-0 lead.
In the 6th in Justin Turner hit a RBI double that brought in Adrian Gonzalez and gave the Dodgers a 2-0 advantage.
Kevin Quackenbush came on in the 7th inning for the Padres and recorded 2 strikeouts. Frank Garces pitched the 8th a recorded 1 strikeout.
Kenley Jansen pitched the 9th inning and record his 3rd save of the year. The Dodgers and Padres will continue their series tomorrow afternoon at 1:10 p.m. PST.

Oh, me too! Even some places that aren’t so secret are amazingly picturesque, and make you think you’re in a different era. The beaten path is crowded with Londoners and tourists, as well as the places that cater to those crowds, but if you just keep going you’ll turn a corner, to find something that will stop you in your tracks.
