Joe Wieland To Start For Dodgers Today

According to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Joe Wieland will get the start against the Milwaukee Brewers today.
Joe Wieland said he’s been told he’s starting Wednesday for #Dodgers. Assume Carlos Frias moved back a day to Thursday

Wieland has spent his time with Triple-A Oklahoma and has been pitching quite well. He has a 3-0 record with a 3.60 ERA in four starts.
Ken Gurnick of MLB.com originally reported that Wieland was going to start on Thursday.

He later spoke to Dodgers manager Don Mattingly to confirm the start for Wednesday.
Mattingly confirmed Wieland starts Wednesday, Frias Thursday.

This will be the Dodgers 9th different starting pitcher this season. Talk about riding the merry-go round when it comes to the rotation.
