Los Angeles Dodgers Ink Mike Carp

According to Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com the Los Angeles Dodgers have signed free agnet first basemen Mike Carp to a minor league deal.

Carp was a 9th round pick in the 2004 MLB draft by the New York Mets. He made his major league debut with the Seattle Mariners back in 2009 and spent four seasons there. He then spent two seasons in Boston and spent a little bit of time with the Texas Rangers last season.

He was part of the Washington Nationals organization before being waived earlier this month. Below is Carp’s career stats.
