The Los Angeles Lakers struggled in tonight’s game against the Indiana Pacers. They lost 110-91.

Their problems came early in the first. The Lakers made 3 of 20 shots, shooting just 15 percent. At the end of the first quarter, the Pacers had already taken off and set the score at 34-15. Eight of the Lakers’ 15 came from the foul line. By halftime, things were even more bleak for LA as the Pacers set a comfortable cushion for themselves scoring 60 to the Lakers 27.

CJ Miles, of Indiana, scored 20, Roy Hibbert added 10 points, David West and C.J. Watson each scored 12, and Donald Sloan scored 17 points for Indiana. Kobe Bryant, however, led all Lakers in scoring with 21 points, shooting 8 of 26 from the floor.

As for the Lakers, Swaggy P scored 18 points and Carlos Boozer recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. The Pacers bench outscored the Lakers bench 52-46.

The Los Angeles Lakers will get a break from basketball until Friday when they will take on Oklahoma Thunder. Let’s hope they can get some rest and recover from tonight’s loss.
