Austin Rivers Heading To LA?

According to Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today the Austin Rivers could be heading to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Looks like Austin Rivers will be sent to Clippers, I’m hearing.

Rivers was traded to the Boston Celtics earlier today in a three-team trade with the Memphis Grizzlies. Reports surfaced that the Celtics were looking to move Rivers as soon as they acquired him.
Knowing the close relationship between Doc Rivers and the Boston Celtics it is only a natural fit for Austin to head to LA.
Doc and Austin have been asked the question about them on the same team since Austin entered the league. When asked a year ago they were both on the same page saying they didn’t think it was a great idea. Arash Marakazi tweeted the information.

It is believed around the league that Austin will ultimately end up in Los Angeles. Doc Rivers spoke to ESPN.com reports about the situation after the Clippers win over the Mavericks this afternoon.
“I would,” Rivers said. “I think a year ago, I probably wouldn’t. I think I would, for sure. I think this team could handle that. He’s a downhill guard, which is something we need, so I certainly would [be open to coaching him].”
The Clippers will take on the Miami Heat on Sunday afternoon. It will be interesting to see if the Clippers make a deal in the coming days.
